Troublemakers! one of our new drinks in the collection is going into the cocktail competition! Pictured here is the Red Raven, a loose interpretation of the Jungle Bird - using the golden hour gin from White Oat, a house made charred pineapple and coriander cordial, a coconut oil fat washed campari and a little bit of lemon to round everything out. This is then topped with a sour tartaric pandan foam and a lime zest. For our garnish we have the key flavours, pineapple, coconut, pandan and coriander turned into a jelly for you to enjoy along side. come on in and try it while it lasts!

Recipe:
45 ml golden hour
30 ml pineapple coriander cordial
20ml coconut campari
20 ml lemon

shaken and double strained into a nick and nora, topped with pandan foam and lime zest.
