A Sebastian Legend. š Thank You Sri!
After many wonderful years of hospitality, weāre raising a glass to the amazing Sri as he heads into a very well-deserved retirement.
Sri has been such a big part of Sebastian, welcoming guests, sharing plenty of laughs and helping create the warm hospitality weāre so proud of.
Thank you for everything, Sri. Weāll miss having you around and wish you nothing but the very best for retirement.

A consummate professional, a true gentleman, and the heart of our floor - happy retirement to Sri! š„āØ
Sri has been with us at Sebastian since day one in November 2018. Over the last six years, he hasnāt just delivered unforgettable experiences to our guests, heās also been an incredible mentor to our younger team members, inspiring the next generation of hospitality professionals.
Sriās remarkable career began back in 1987. From Adelaide staples like Windy Point and Even Bistro to world-renowned names like Park Hyatt, Radisson, and Nobu, Sri brought almost 40 years of expertise and poise to our team.
Now, heās hanging up the apron and moving back home to Adelaide.
His final day with us is Sunday, 16th August. Please feel free to stop by and say goodbye and join us in thanking Sri for his incredible service, his leadership, and his friendship over the years.

To get to the restaurant located at Esplanade in Melbourne, those who prefer public transport can take a train to Flinders Street Station and then transfer to a tram going towards St Kilda Beach. Get off the tram at Luna Park and walk along Esplanade until you reach the restaurant.
For those driving, the easiest route is via Citylink tollway, take exit for Westgate Fwy/State Route 55 towards Kings Way/City/Westgate Fwy, merge onto Normanby Rd/State Route 50 and turn left onto Clarendon St/State Route 31. Turn right onto Esplanade and look for parking options nearby.
