Wines of the Moment are IN!🍷
Two Victorian standouts are pouring at Sebastian right now.
2023 Ten Minutes by Tractor ‘Estate’ Chardonnay – Mornington Peninsula | Fresh white peach, nectarine and baked lemon tart meet a fine mineral edge and creamy texture. Elegant, layered and beautifully balanced.
2023 Alkimi ‘Willowlake’ Pinot Noir – Yarra Valley | A vibrant Pinot showing red berries, rose petals and spice, with layers of blackberry, rhubarb and subtle earthy notes. Silky, complex and made for long lunches.
The perfect excuse to settle in, order something delicious and discover a new favourite drop this week.

A bit of a left-field one for our followers, but we are on the hunt for a registered BAS Agent to look after our books - a day or two of casual hours a week (to start).
This is an in-office role at our Williamstown office - days and times are flexible.
Must be a registered BAS Agent or Tax Agent with the TPB.
If that sounds like you or someone you know, tag them below or email direct to [email protected]
