The brief for this cake was bright, cheery and elegant. A wonderful boss ordered this for four employees celebrating their birthdays. I incorporated all of their names so they could all celebrate.

This was my very first paid order for a friend of a friend back in 2008, way before I even thought about making cake decorating a career.
They were banana fudge macadamia cupcakes with Maltesers, macadamias and white chocolate on top.
