Our tech enabled assembly line, automated kitchen model removes human error and delivers the same taste, every store, every time — every location, under 2% food waste, with over 90% customer retention .
Now we're taking it to India, launching in Bengaluru ahead of a pan-India rollout.
Let's be honest about why. The Australian market is doing it tough — high rents, labour shortages and diminishing margins are squeezing even strong operators. India is the opposite: a 1.5 billion market with rising disposable income and a fast-growing middle class, where the world's biggest food brands are now racing to plant a flag. The smarter move is to stop fighting the headwind here and build where the growth actually is.
So we're inviting a small founding team to build this with us. We want hospitality leaders, current or retired managers from major food brands, business development brokers, food technologists and F&B specialists who want skin in the game, not just a salary. Melbourne hospitality is going through a real downturn — that's exactly where our low-labour, low-waste, central-kitchen model is positioned to grow while much of the sector contracts.

- If you're coming from the east, take Victoria Parade and turn right onto Nicholson Street, then left onto Gertrude Street before finally turning right onto Brunswick Street.
