11 years and counting. ❤️
Let’s get a little nostalgic and have a swipe
From where it all started to what it became. Countless renovations, late nights, early mornings, plenty of trial and error, and more memories than we can count.
And Yes it did take some time to loose the smell of curry 😂

After 11 incredible years, the time has come… I’ve officially sold The Milbri.
With settlement due on June 24th, it’s hard to put into words what this place has meant to me.
To every guest who’s walked through our doors, shared a meal, celebrated life’s milestones, raised a margarita, and supported us over the years — thank you. You helped turn The Milbri into so much more than a restaurant; you helped build a community.
What I’ll cherish most are the people. The staff, both past and present, who started as work colleagues and became genuine friends. The late nights, the chaos, the laughs, the knock-offs, the service rushes, the challenges, and the friendships that came from it all are memories I’ll carry forever.
The good news is that The Milbri is in great hands, and the staff you know and love are staying on, which was incredibly important to me.
But before the keys change hands, you’ve still got me for one more week.
🥩 One last Steak Night Thursday
🍸 One last $12 Cocktail Friday
🌮 And one last epic Taco Tuesday
I’d love to see as many familiar faces as possible one last time. Let’s fill the place, share a drink, tell a few stories, and celebrate 11 amazing years together.
Thank you for everything.
— Chris ❤️

The mulled wine has officially returned to warm your soul this winter.
This recipe has been lovingly perfected by Chris over close to a decade and only makes its appearance when the temperature drops. Rich, aromatic, and packed with all those comforting winter spices, it’s become a bit of a cold-weather tradition around here.
And let’s be honest… it rarely comes alone. It usually has a best mate by its side. 👀
Can you guess what it is? Drop your answer in the comments below! ⬇️
Available for a limited time throughout winter. Come grab a glass and warm up with us. 🔥🍷❄️

Joshy will be behind the stick all long weekend (we think that’s what the cool kids call bartending these days 🍸).
Swing by, say g’day, and let him shake up a few Redskin Rumbas, or if you’re feeling fancy, ask for a Blazer and watch him literally play with fire 🔥.
We’re pouring drinks, serving tacos, and keeping the good times rolling all weekend long.
🍻 Open 11:30am – Late📍 Including Monday
See you soon 😉
