It’s been a long day of extra Christmas baking, with my late-afternoon mixing bowls. I’m excited to share a new addition — freshly baked matcha white chocolate cookies. They’re soft, fragrant with premium matcha, and perfectly balanced with creamy white chocolate. I can’t wait for you to try them this Christmas season!
Not sure how long they’ll last in the café tomorrow… you might need to race in!
