We’ve been working closely with our architects, planners and consultants as we continue exploring what’s possible for the future of New York Minute Noosa.
The images below are concept renders only, but they provide a glimpse into the direction we’re investigating.

One thing we’ve learnt throughout this process is the importance of getting the details right. Every concept, every drawing and every conversation helps shape what could become one of the most exciting hospitality spaces in Noosa.
We’re still working through planning, approvals and feasibility, but we’re incredibly excited by the potential.
A huge thank you to everyone who continues to support us and share their feedback along the way. And to an amazing landlord Mark LoGiudice.

For public transport: Take the train to Deer Park Station and walk south on Commack Road for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection of Commack Road and Long Island Avenue. The restaurant will be located on the southeast corner.
For driving/parking: Take the Long Island Expressway or Northern State Parkway to exit 51, Deer Park Avenue. Head south on Deer Park Avenue until you reach Long Island Avenue. Turn east onto Long Island Avenue and drive for about half a mile until you reach the intersection of Commack Road and Long Island Avenue. The restaurant will be located on the southeast corner, with parking available in the nearby shopping center lot.
