On Tuesday, 14 October, Da Guido La Pasta will host an evening guided by Chef Mirco Cossavella and sommelier Emanuele Luzi. Together they’ll explore the artistry of extra virgin olive oil through a four-course menu, each dish paired with a premium Italian wine.

The full menu will remain a secret until closer to the night, just enough to keep you curious.
