It’s a question I get asked quite often.
And honestly, it’s not the easiest one to answer.
Because the dish I love most may not be the one you love most.
Every family has a different taste. Every customer has different preferences.
That’s why my focus at Mifaz Kitchen isn’t to serve my favourite food…
It’s to understand what you enjoy and prepare it in the best way possible.
So if someone asks me today what the Chef’s Special at Mifaz Kitchen is…
My answer isn’t a particular dish.

People often ask what makes Mifaz Kitchen different.
I don’t know if it’s anything special, but the same food I serve at corporate events, weddings and family functions is the food I put on the table for my own family.
As Mifaz Kitchen grew, I never replaced years of home cooking with commercial cooking methods. I simply scaled up the same recipes.
Maybe that’s why so many customers tell me, “It tastes like home.” ❤️
