A very warm welcome to all the new faces 👋
Following our Postcards appearance with Anthony Callea, we thought we'd share a little more about ourselves.
Founded by Milan-born chef Gigi and his wife Sue, we opened in Yarraville in 2022.
A labour of love, Gigi makes every gelato flavour and semifreddo from scratch, with nothing artificial.
His Slow Food-accredited recipes celebrate the principles of pleasure, culture and tradition through simple, high-quality ingredients and authentic Italian techniques 🇮🇹
A Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef specialising in cuisine and pâtisserie, Gigi is always creating new flavours inspired by his Italian heritage, the seasons and whatever he's in the mood to make.
