Feijoa and Leatherwood Honey 🍯
It’s back! Leatherwood honey custard ice cream with feijoa jam rippled through.
Feijoas have a very short season so this flavour won’t be around for long. Get it while you can :)

Pear and Custard Crumble
Our second pie flavour of the season is a new one! Spicy ginger poached pears with thick creme pat custard, topped with crumble. Baked in our classic house made puff pastry.
Preorders open tomorrow (Saturday) and will run for roughly a month before switching to our next flavour.
We’ve also made a special Calvados (French brandy made with apple) and crème fraiche ice cream to pair, if you’re feeling adventurous!

Pies are back for 2026!
Starting with: Apple pies
It’s become tradition to start our seasonal pie flavour with apple. We always use London Pippin apples (from the apples). Macerated in sugar and spices and wrapped in our flakey and very buttery house-made puff pastry. Best served with ice cream!

We’ll be running roughly one flavour a month, so stayed tuned as the menu changes. We’ll be bringing back some classics flavours and perhaps introducing new ones ;)

🥥 Pandan, Kaya & Coconut Crumble 🥥
Custard based ice cream infused with fresh pandan leaves, rippled with salty-sweet toasted coconut crumble and Kaya (coconut caramel)
The Kaya from is the real star of the show here. Made in Reservoir the traditional way using duck eggs, cooked low and slow and stirred by hand for several hours to develop a deep flavour and dark colour.
We'll be doing our best to keep this flavour in stock, but due to the limited availability of some of the ingredients, it may be limited!
