There’s something about drinking coffee when everything outside has gone quiet.
Sunday’s looking like a good one for Sukari.

They say never cry over spilt milk… so we won’t.
Milk matters. More than people like to admit.
We’ve been pouring St David Dairy and MILKLAB for a reason, and now you can take them home too.
The right milk doesn’t just sit under the coffee, it brings it to life. Better texture. Better sweetness. Better balance.
So whether you’re chasing café-quality flat whites or just trying to make Mondays a little more bearable, we’ve got the same milk we trust behind the bar waiting for you
Grab a bottle next time you’re in and take your home coffee game to the next level. ☕🤎

For the second year in a row, we’re incredibly humbled to be recognised by The Age and Good Food as one of Melbourne’s best coffee spots.
In a city that’s proudly known as the coffee capital, being mentioned alongside some of the very best is something we’ll never take for granted.
This recognition belongs to every single person behind SAAZAA. Every early morning, every bag roasted, every coffee poured, and every customer welcomed with genuine care. It’s also a reflection of Juma’s vision—to create a one-stop coffee destination where quality is never compromised and consistency is everything.
To our team, our customers, and everyone who’s backed us from day one: thank you. This one’s for all of us. 💜☕

Just 18 days left before we say goodbye to Sukari and welcome a new bean in the cafe.
Here’s the story behind the name...
When we first dialled in Sukari (Kenya AB + Colombia + Guatemala), our baristas were convinced we’d added sugar to their coffee.
The natural sweetness was so pronounced, they thought we were pulling a prank.
We weren’t.
That moment inspired the name. Sukari means “sugar” in Swahili.
Every coffee we release carries a story. We name our coffees using words from the languages spoken by the farmers who grow them—not only to honour their culture, but to share a small piece of it with every cup.
Because great coffee should tell a story long before the first sip.
