Layers of flavour. Stacked to perfection. ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐
Hiroshima okonomiyaki is a whole different experience. Instead of mixing it all together, we build it โ crepe, cabbage, yakisoba noodles, your choice of protein, and a fried egg on top. Every layer adds something special.
It's hearty. It's savoury. It's unforgettable.
Try it and taste the difference.
