From the kitchen: Murray cod from Aquna 🐟
are the world’s leading producer of premium, responsibly farmed Murray cod, and it shows. Clean, buttery flesh and seriously good eating.
We are excited to be working with this exceptional produce and will be running a few specials with this over the next little while. Simple, seasonal, flavourful and letting the fish do its thing.
