For over 5 years now, we’ve been raising money for a cause that most people have never even heard of — Neurofibromatosis Type 1 (NF1).

NF1 is a genetic condition that causes tumours to grow on nerves throughout the body. It’s unpredictable, relentless, and for the kids who live with it… it’s life-changing.

And for us, this fight has a name.

Katie is 12 years old — and in that time she’s already faced more than most people will in a lifetime:

Happy Friday Local Legends, we have lots of new food on offer with our extended menu and rotating Sunday specials.

The Bo Gurks burger is a Wagyu patty basted in our own special sauce with smokey american cheese, tomato, pickles, rocket and our burger sauce all put together on a fresh bun from the Bread Box in Edithvale making this a Local must!

This Sunday it is Baby Back Pork ribs coated in our rub, then coated and recoated in our house made BBQ sauce while being slow cooked until the meat is falling off the bone. Served with our delicious fries and a fresh coleslaw it is a Sunday well spent settling in at Bo Gurks with a bevvie of choice while you work your way through a half or whole rack of goodness.
