Friday Oct 2nd, we had a special roda de Samba at Bossa. We made an special effort to fit everyone to make this beautiful Brazilian party happen. Thanks to everyone that came to Bossa last nigth and for those who sit outside for giving your place to the musicians. Thanks Marcelo, Camilla, Damiano for leading the roda and inviting our special guests, Mestre Val, Adam, Renan, Michele and Tebs. Until next time!!

Dear samba lovers, We decided to postpone our celebration for another day! We are happy to see other Brazilian events happening on this weekend. So it made sense to have ours on another day. A Taste of Minas Gerais this weekend at Bossa Nova! 🇧🇷
We are paying delicious homage to Minas Gerais, a region in Brazil famously known for its rich, soulful, and comforting culinary traditions.
We are bringing back one of your absolute favorites; Feijão Tropeiro (Beans & Pork stir-fried) . At Bossa, Tropeiro Beans is not a coadjuvant on the plate. It is the main dish served with grilled Plantain banana and rice.
For dessert, Doce de Leite with Fresh Cheese. Simple, iconic, and deeply tied to the roots of Minas. Our signature Doce de Leite is proudly made completely in-house by our very own chef and owner, Claudia. Patience is the secret ingredient—slow-cooking fresh milk and sugar for a full 8 hours to create a rich, caramel masterpiece that pairs perfectly with fresh cheese.
