“I’m not usually one to choose chocolate”
“I only like your chocolate”
“I don’t like chocolate gelato, but I love yours”
We hear at least 10 different versions of these statements a day.

The truth is, there’s a reason why. REAL CHOCOLATE!

Cocoa, though rich and flavorful, can only get you so far. Something special happens when you combine cocoa mass and cocoa butter and actually form chocolate. The flavours synergise and aromatic notes are more present.

It would be much easier to just use our premium cocoa…. But the flavour and texture that comes from actual fine couverture milk chocolate cannot be matched! That’s what makes ours so special 🍫

Blood orange season is coming to end here in Victoria, but we’re making the most of it while we can!🍊 Blood orange sorbetto is available right now!

These oranges are so sweet, smelled Devine and looked like something out of a fairy tail ✨ You can’t beat seasonal, local, great fruit!!
