Beef stew (khashlama), a tonne of caramelised onion, garlic pickle and a generous pour of consommé in a milk bun. Also, a dulce de leche affagato on special this weekend. Hard to make stew look photogenic as the old saying goes, it’s on the inside the counts xoxo

Hi everyone. So the chicken club is sold out, it won’t be back tomorrow. Thanks to everyone who came and had it today, we hope you enjoyed it! The thing with take away shops is you don’t know how busy you’re going to be, you don’t take bookings, the day is completely out of your hands. And today we got absolutely slammed, it was our busiest day to date and my goodness did the team do amazing. We were all so proud of each other, we took a selfie at the end to remember this day.
But then it was back to work. With no club sandwiches left for Sunday, we had to put our thinking caps on. We didn’t want to leave the deli with no special, but we also had to consider that Den’s birthday party started at 7pm. We had all but 3 hours to think about what on earth we were going to do that, in dens words, had to be “somewhat easy to prep but still blow ya socks off”
So here’s the “Easy to prep but blow ya socks off” special - NDUJA AND SALAMI SUGO BACON AND EGG ROLL WITH JALAPENO BUTTER, MOZARELLA, FOLDED EGG, SOFT PANINI.
It’s a lil spicy saucy Italian American number.
The sauce is so good. I had some for dinner with white bread.

Club sandwich on special this weekend with sliced roast chicken, bacon, mustard baconnaise, lettuce, tomato, crispy bacon breadcrumbs and shaved parm between 3 slices of bread.
Iced Freddo cappuccino for our drink special. No affiliation to the freddo frog which I initially believed on my first holiday to Greece. Cya on the weekend 💝

GRILLED CHEESE & TOMATO BÉCHAMEL TOASTIE - Gruyère, scarmoza, mozzarella, parmesan, honey and thyme caramelised onion, thick sliced tomatoes, tomato béchamel served on the side (it tastes like lasagna).

Fried cheese could be the move. Salami and crumbed provolone sandwich with a green olive dressing, rocket and our house chilli mayo (which is on our menu btw) on special this weekend. Hope 2 see your beautiful faces then ❤️🔥
