Baked Basque Cheese Cake.
I first became obsessed with this cheesy gooey cake in San Sebastián a few years back. The cake you can eat for breakfast with coffee or in the afternoon with wine.

Our mussels come from our mate and super star Harry at Flinders Mussels in Western Port Bay.
His mussels land fresh in the kitchen every Wednesday.
We wait for his harvest each year because when, they’re exceptional, sweet, plump and served at their peak. And we bloody love them!

Steak frites with Cafe de Paris butter and fries.
We work with Little Joe Beef, ethical farmers, producing our Marble 4 porterhouse, full of depth of flavour.
The whole porterhouse is cut down in house by our chefs so every steak is trimmed and portioned by us for quality control.
Cooking involves long rest times. Double searing. Oven finished and topped with our café de Paris butter. We often hear “the best steak I’ve ever had”
Available all day from open to close, lunch and dinner and even during Aperitivo!

International Women’s Day.
Zowie here.
This is a genuine thank you to the women who have rolled up their sleeves and stepped in to support me at Zsa’s, now and over the years.
Running a venue solo can be a lonely road. What makes it work is people who truly back the vision and each other.
These women with me now have done exactly that, bringing ideas, care, perspective and hard work to celebrate all that is Zsa’s. From marketing and shaping menus to helping keep everything aligned with where we’re heading. Quietly supporting, problem solving, and pulling together a creative, supportive, positive and fun workplace. I love and appreciate you all so much.
It really does take a village.
So I want to say thank you to the women beside me today… Lola, Kirah, Annabel & Rosie my angels. Big bloody THANKYOU!!!
As the solo owner I’m here steering the ship but I’m very aware that none of it happens without the people beside me. Let’s celebrate Women supporting women. Every day.

Sunday Roast is on!🍷
Our classic Zsa’s roast — served a little lighter while the warmer months are still with us. Expect overnight slow-roasted porchetta with crackling, all the sides and plenty of gravy.
$30 per person.
We’re now open Sunday evenings, so settle in for a later roast if you so please and a glass of something good.
Walk-ins welcome, but bookings are recommended to secure the roast — limited availability each week and we often sell out.

To get to the location on High Street in Melbourne, there are a few options for transportation.
For those using public transport, there is a tram stop located directly outside of the venue. Take Tram #86 or #96 and alight at the stop near High Street.
Alternatively, if driving, take the nearest exit from CityLink and turn onto Alexandra Parade towards Brunswick. Follow this road until you reach Nicholson Street, which will be your first major intersection. Turn right onto Nicholson Street and continue straight down until you reach High Street. There are several parking options available on High Street or in surrounding streets.
It is important to note that parking can be limited in the area during peak times and public transport may be a more convenient option for those traveling during busy periods.
