We'll be serving dinner starting Friday through to Monday (Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon)

We'll do the cooking and you won't have to wash a single dish or pretend you know what "searing" means 🤪

• Baristas: Our caffeine wizards 🧙🏼‍♀️. If you can grind under pressure and know the difference between a sticky chai or syrup, we want your magic behind our machine and at the bar🪄

• Bar Staff: Mixology masters. We need some reliable peeps to serve beers, mix drinks, and hold a current RSA or be willing to obtain one. Must be available during our evening and weekend rushes.

• Kitchen : Our culinary rockstars 👩🏼‍🎤 Our kings and queens of delicious plates, prepping fresh ingredients, and keeping our food game strong 👩🏼‍🍳

• Food & Beverage Attendants: The faces of our cafe 🤓. If you love chatting with locals, and can carry a flat white with confidence, you're it 🫵🏼

• Junior Dishwashers: Our unsung heroes 🦸🏼‍♀️Perfect for anyone looking to get their foot in the door, learn how a kitchen operates, has attention to detail and keep our gears turning.

Lady Sevin operates off a dynamic roster. Shifts are available across weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Today is . I have not been ok. Not even close.

But, I'm reflecting on just how much this beautiful community means to me. ☕️✨

Over the past year, I’ve walked through some of the hardest and most challenging chapters of my life. It's been heavy.

There were days when finding the drive to keep going felt impossible. Behind the espresso machine and the momentary rushes, I’ve spent the last year navigating a deep period of personal hardship and depression.

It’s an experience that can make you feel completely isolated. And it's really made me wonder why I'm here. Why I should keep going.

But every single morning, opening the doors to this cafe and seeing your familiar faces keeps me going. My kids are my first and foremost of every decision and step and motivators to just get it done even if they don't show it. As a parent I don't need them to be my cheerleader or emotional support person, just knowing they're being cared for in the best way I know how is everything.

Additionally, my incredible friends who carried me through the toughest times, and you, our regulars who show up for a chat, a smile, or just your daily brew, you have no idea how much you have sustained me.

You didn't just support a small business; you truly kept me driven, anchored, and remind me of the good in the world.

A cafe is so much more than just four walls and coffee beans. It’s a space for connection. And sometimes, a simple, genuine conversation can be the exact lifeline someone needs. Sometimes that's me. But I'm here for you too.

So today, I want to gently check in with all of you. To our team, our regulars, and anyone reading this: Are you OK?

If you’re going through a quiet storm right now, please know you aren't alone, and our doors are always open if you need a welcoming space.

Father’s Day is this Sunday, September 6, and as usual we're here to celebrate EVERYONE holding it down 🫵🏼

Whether you're treating a Dad who asks "Who turned up the thermostat?", or are an incredible mum pulling double duty, or will be raising a glass to honour a dad who is no longer with us—we see you, and you are welcome here - uncles and Grandpa too 🥰

Families look different, but the recipe for a good Sunday stays the same: great food, cold drinks, and zero dishes to wash 💃🏼

SOLD OUT 🤩

Still buzzing from the incredible energy last night 💃🏼🕺🏼

A massive thank you to everyone who packed out the café and sat with us under the lights during the local Whittlesea Fire Brigade CFA 100 years torchlight celebration 🚒

Seeing our outdoor tables filled, the indoor space jamming, and so many familiar faces coming together to support our community heroes (as well as our little business) and so many local traders, made it a night to remember.

We are so incredibly grateful for this community and your continuous suppor 🫶🏼 thank you for making last night so special and enjoying our dinner and dessert menu enough that we sold out of some items ✨

Church Street is lighting up this Saturday night for the Whittlesea Fire Brigade Centenary, and we are staying open late to fuel the crowd 💥

We’re flipping the lights down and turning the grills up for a special ONE-NIGHT-ONLY dinner and street food
experience 👌🏼

Think hot, cheesy loaded fries, burgers, spiced chicken tenders and more. Don't forget dessert like warm chocolate lava cake that you can grab right from our front door 🍔🍗🧋
