The team rolled in and discovered FISHBOWL was soon to be THISBOWL.
Workshops, an amazing race, quality time, a BBQ lunch (thanks chefs) and a disco to finish.

For our ten year anniversary, we’ve rebuilt the Bondi flagship from the ground up. The tables were made by our team, using left over material from prior openings including stone and terrazzo. They’re super vibrant, and colourful, with each table telling a story.
Not only do you have the joy of crafting your ingredients, but you now get the joy of choosing your favourite table. There’s a colour and shape for everyone.

$10 BOWLS FOR TEN YEARS. THIS SATURDAY ALL DAY WHEN WE RE-OPEN OUR BONDI BEACH FLAGSHIP AT 11AM. We’re looking forward to celebrating with the community that kicked us off and have supported us since day one.

We worked closely with UTS and their Visual Communication’s students on a brief to celebrate TEN YEARS. Students rummaged through the archives, toured our facilities and got a deeper understanding of the brand before delivering their work over an 8 week period. We’re now working with Ariella, Molly and Tiffany to bring their work into Bondi, for 10 Years Of Fish.

10 years ago we opened a 28sqm shop on Bondi Beach serving real food in a real way. We injected a whole lotta personality, pride and passion into the space and merged work & life into one. We had created a genuine reason to miss uni. We called this real life project, ‘FISHBOWL’ and we haven’t looked back since 2016.
So, come and celebrate TEN YEARS OF FISH with us, when we re-open our new Bondi Flagship on Saturday the 26th of September. It’s been an honour serving this community, from day dot, and we’re looking forward to unveiling our new space (same place) for another decade to come. Massive love and thanks. ❤️

The finishing pieces are coming together for our new Bondi flagship (opening very soon). The opening will mark 10 years since we started the brand in this location, and reflect our commitment to the future.. It also marks a decade of collaboration with Elliot and the team at Telegraph Rd. Here’s to another 10.

This is our way, today. Yuzu Days with our new lime tahini dressing & yuzu mayo drizzle. Perhaps the most underrated of the mix, raw bok choy and pickled daikon. 10/10

To get to the salad bar located in Chadstone, Melbourne, there are a few options for travel. For those using public transport, take any train bound for Dandenong and get off at Oakleigh Station. From there, take bus number 601 towards Huntingdale Station and get off at Chadstone Shopping Centre.
For those driving to Chadstone, take the Monash Freeway and exit at Warrigal Road. Turn left onto Batesford Road and then left again onto Chadstone Road. Follow signs to the shopping center's car park.
Upon arriving at Chadstone Shopping Center, follow signs towards the section with restaurants/cafes to find the salad bar.
