Little Sparrow Melbourne is a boutique sophisticated and established café brand located in many states around Australia. We are renowned for our welcoming service. We provide specialty roasted coffee, exclusive French baked cakes, pastries and handmade sandwiches.
If you are looking for a career path in hospitality, we are currently taking applications for various positions at our Westfield Chermside Shopping Centre store.
The Role:
As a cafe All Rounder you will be reporting directly to the Store Manager. Your duties may include:
Making Espresso drinks.
Serving customers and using the POS system.
Preparing food & beverages to the highest standard.
Cleaning and sanitizing work stations etc
Engaging with your team and customers alike
Skills & Experience:
Excellent Barista Skills ( 3 years experience required )
People Person with a positive can do attitude.
Confident communicator with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues.
Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
Calibration of Grinder

Are you well presented, punctual, reliable, enthusiastic, and ambitious ?

Immediate start available for Baristas / All Rounders on Full Time & Part Time capacity for our store located @ Westfield Sydney Shopping Centre CBD. This position is part of the Traineeship Certificate 3 program.
We seek candidates that are very passionate about coffee have a minimum of 2 years experience in a fast paced coffee environment as a All Barista / All Rounder. You must have the ability to make various ranges of coffees, serve customers on the POS and perform daily duties required in a day to day café environment.
You must have outstanding communication skills, be well presented, punctual, reliable, enthusiastic and ambitious. Your roster will be between the hours of operation of the Westfield Sydney shopping centre which is a 7 day a week operation- ( You Must be available on weekends )
