This filter coffee from Peru is a delicious option for brewing at home. It's delicate and silky with flavours of peach, apricot, florals and black tea. We'll be roasting the last of this seasonal coffee over the next couple of weeks.

Our new Guest Espresso - Santa Monica, from Brazil. It's currently tasting creamy and round, with strawberry, honey and chocolate mousse.

This Peruvian filter coffee, Jose Quizpe, is delicate and silky with flavours of peach, apricot, florals and black tea.

Our current decaf espresso is San Antonio from Colombia. It's buttery, clean and sweet, with flavours of hazelnut, chocolate fudge, apple. San Antonio has more than 99% of its caffeine removed using the Ethyl Acetate Process. Ethyl Acetate is a natural product derived from fermented fruit and sugarcane, and it is used to bond with and remove the coffee beans' caffeine, while leaving the flavour and sweetness intact.

We've recently added San Antonio to our Coffee Subscription offerings, meaning you can get 1 kilogram delivered to your door, at your chosen interval.

We're loving our newest Special Lot filter coffee, Luis A. Calderón. It's a Yirgacheffe Heirloom variety grown at Finca Villa Betulia, Acevedo, Huila, Colombia. It's juicy and sweet, with flavours of grape, strawberry and lime candy.

Public transport: Take any tram heading towards the Melbourne CBD and get off at the Swanston St/La Trobe St tram stop. From there, walk south along Swanston St until you reach Little Bourke St. Turn left onto Little Bourke St and continue walking east until you reach the coffee shop.

Driving/parking: If driving, take any road leading towards the Melbourne CBD and follow signs for Chinatown/Chinatown car park. Once parked, exit the car park and walk east on Little Bourke St until you reach the coffee shop. Note that parking may be limited in this area, so allow extra time to find a spot or consider using public transport instead.
