Lima Coffee from Peru is balanced and sweet, with flavours of berry jam, milk chocolate and toffee. Introducing our new seasonal House Espresso, Fazenda Progresso, from Brazil.
We have purchased coffee from Fazenda Progresso every year that we've been roasting. The Borré family moved to the Chapada Diamantina in 1984 and built their business on potatoes before the youngest son, Fabiano, planted coffee in 2005 and made it his own. The farm is now in its third generation of family hands, and the Borrés put a good deal back into the place around it: a school and medical centre in the village where most of their workers live, and a competition that rewards the smallholders in the surrounding towns.

Public transport: Take any tram heading towards the Melbourne CBD and get off at the Swanston St/La Trobe St tram stop. From there, walk south along Swanston St until you reach Little Bourke St. Turn left onto Little Bourke St and continue walking east until you reach the coffee shop.

Driving/parking: If driving, take any road leading towards the Melbourne CBD and follow signs for Chinatown/Chinatown car park. Once parked, exit the car park and walk east on Little Bourke St until you reach the coffee shop. Note that parking may be limited in this area, so allow extra time to find a spot or consider using public transport instead.
