Why is Black Truffle so special?
🍄🟫Harvested only during Australia’s winter (typically June to August, sometimes extending into early September, depending on the season).
🐕 Hidden beneath the soil and carefully located by specially trained truffle dogs.
⏳ It takes years to develop before it’s ready to be harvested.
✨ Fresh black truffles have an incredibly short season at their peak, making every harvest something food lovers look forward to.
