A little piece of Pasta Face history we’re still incredibly proud of. 🇮🇹
Back in 2019, Pasta Face was one of just 12 Australian food trucks featured in Lonely Planet Food’s Around the World in 80 Food Trucks.
And even better — the recipe they featured was our signature Tuscan beef ragu.
The same ragu that has been part of Pasta Face for years is still being cooked by us today.
And now you don’t have to find the food truck to try it.
You can come and have it right here in Sunbury.

This one is close to home. It’s only been on our menu since we opened in Sunbury, made with our house-made slow-cooked San Marzano sugo, fresh basil, a touch of cream, and my father’s homemade Calabrian chilli recipe.
