Take a little BVC home with you!
Scoop it over Mum’s self-saucing pudding, watch it melt down the side of a warm slice of apple crumble cake, or pass the pint back and forth on the couch until your fingers are too cold to hold it.
However you like to eat yours, our takeaway pints mean there’s always room for a scoop at home.
Available from our Brunswick and Fitzroy stores, as well as selected supermarkets 🍦

This week’s special: Lemon Myrtle Raspberry Twist 🌿
A bright, zesty lemon myrtle ice cream twisted through with delicious raspberries.
We love finding ways to celebrate the unique flavours of native Australian ingredients.
Lemon myrtle brings a beautifully fragrant citrus flavour, balanced by the sweet tartness of raspberry coulis.
Available in-store until sold out.

Wine and cheese ice cream? Yes please 🧀🍷
Tis the season to experiment and have fun in the kitchen!
As a part of ‘Dine Out’ series, we’ve joined forces with to bring you the classic pairing of wine and cheese, but re-invented.
Goat’s cheese ice cream, wine lees syrup drizzled throughout, and topped with a hand made salted waffle, for the full wine-cheese-cracker pairing that we all know and love.
So what are lees? A waste-product in the process of making wine, lees are sediment left over after the fermentation process which contain a rich and distinct flavour. The ones we used are from the Minimum Wines 2024 Sangiovese.
The goal of this series by Broadsheet is to showcase and celebrate creativity and passion through culinary talent, something that felt natural right away teaming up with Mat and Matt from Minimum.
When we went to visit their new Northcote winery back in May, we had the pleasure of learning more about their process, story and how they got to the point of opening their new space in Northcote.
Come and try it for yourself 🙌
Available this week only in all of our stores!

A few moments from our weekend at in Melbourne…
We loved spending the weekend surrounded by so many talented makers, artists and small businesses, all gathered under one roof at the Royal Exhibition Building.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by for a scoop (or two!) and to the Finders Keepers team for having us back.
See you at the next one! 🍦

From in house roasted almonds to hazelnuts and chestnuts, they’re behind many of the flavours you’ll find behind the counter.
Toasted, blended, folded through ice cream or enjoyed by the spoonful.
And if there’s one you particularly fall in love with, you can even take them home by the jar!
