A huge congratulations to all of the clubs, teams, players, coaches, volunteers and families across our local community on another fantastic season.

We absolutely love being able to support our local sporting clubs and recognise the time, effort and commitment that goes into getting through a season. So, as winter sport wraps up, we’ve got one last chance for you to claim your hard-earned reward!

If you received a Shanika’s sponsorship voucher during the 2026 winter season and didn’t get a chance to use it before it expired, bring it in this weekend and we’ll honour it until end of day Monday, 5 October.

A few important things to remember:
• You must bring your physical voucher with you
• Vouchers must be from the 2026 season, vouchers from previous seasons will not be accepted
• The usual limit of one sponsorship voucher per visit still applies
• Available while stocks last in our fridges

So have a look through the footy bags, backpacks and gloveboxes, find that voucher and come in to claim your well-earned reward!

Three meats, one very generous bowl.

Our Pasta Tre Carne brings together diced chicken, eye fillet strips and chorizo sausage, tossed through rigatoni with pumpkin, capsicum, snow peas and spinach. It's finished with garlic, pesto, sun-dried tomato puree and a drizzle of olive oil.

It's hearty and full of flavour, and it's a firm favourite with our regulars for good reason. Come in and enjoy it at the table, or take it home and let us do the cooking.

We’re open all Grand Final long weekend at Shanikas Pakenham.

We’ll be open on Friday’s public holiday with no public holiday surcharge, as well as Grand Final Saturday.

Whether the footy is part of your weekend plans or you’d prefer to avoid it altogether, our doors will be open for lunch, dinner and everything in between.

We look forward to seeing you over the long weekend!

Of course, working in hospitality means some of our Shanikas dads don’t exactly get to spend Father’s Day relaxing at home with the family…

And some DO get to spend it with their family, they just have to put them in a Shanikas uniform and see them to work.

A very Happy Father’s Day from all of us at Shanikas. We hope all the dads in our community feel very loved and appreciated today however (and wherever) you’re spending it.
