🍫 Chocolate Chia Mousse that tastes like dessert but packs a protein hit.
This has been on repeat in our house lately. Creamy, chocolatey, loaded with protein and takes less than 2 minutes to throw together.
Ingredients:
• 200g Greek yoghurt
• 20g chia seeds
• 20g chocolate protein powder
• 10g cacao powder
Method:
1. Mix everything together until smooth.
2. Refrigerate overnight.
3. Top with berries, fruit or crushed Weet-Bix and enjoy.
Perfect for breakfast, dessert or when the sweet cravings hit without reaching for the junk. 🤤🍓

Soft cookie dough, a crackly chocolate shell, and just enough sweetness to keep you coming back for more. 🤤

RECIPE
Cookie Dough:
• 1½ cups almond flour
• 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
• ⅓ cup pure maple syrup
• 1 tsp melted coconut oil
• ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
• Pinch of salt
Chocolate Shell:
• ½ cup dark chocolate
• 1 tsp coconut oil
Method:
1. Mix all cookie dough ingredients until combined.
2. Press onto a lined tray and flatten evenly.
3. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together.
4. Pour over the cookie dough and spread evenly.
5. Freeze until firm, break into pieces and enjoy.

GOLDEN GLOW SALAD ✨🥗
This is the kind of salad that actually keeps you full.
Crispy sweet potato, golden halloumi, fluffy quinoa, fresh herbs and a simple homemade dressing.
Fresh, colourful and packed with flavour.

Ingredients:
• 1 sweet potato, diced
• ½ cup quinoa
• 200g halloumi
• 200g cherry tomatoes
• 1 cucumber, diced
• 1 tbsp red onion, finely diced
• Fresh parsley
• Flaked almonds
Dressing:
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
• 2 tsp maple syrup
• 2 tsp Dijon mustard
• Salt & pepper
Method:
1. Air fry sweet potato at 200°C for 10-12 mins.
2. Cook quinoa as per packet instructions.
3. Pan fry halloumi until golden.
4. Whisk dressing ingredients together.
5. Combine everything in a bowl, toss and enjoy.

• 4 cups popcorn
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/2 cup coconut oil
• 6 tbsp maple syrup
• Dark chocolate
3️⃣ Raw Snickers Slice
BASE:
• 1/2 cup almond meal
• 1/4 cup coconut flour
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
CARAMEL:
• 1.5 cups dates
• 3 tbsp peanut butter
• 2-3 tbsp milk
TOP:
• 1 cup dark chocolate

MEXICAN POTATO BOWL 🇲🇽🔥
Quick, simple and packed with flavour.
Ingredients:
• 500g chicken breast, diced
• 600g potatoes, diced
• 1 tbsp Mexican seasoning
• 1 avocado, diced
• 2 tomatoes, diced
• 1/2 red onion, finely diced
• Fresh coriander
• Sour cream
• Olive oil
Method:
1. Toss potatoes with a little olive oil and cook at 200°C for 18-20 minutes until crispy.
2. While the potatoes cook, heat a little olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with Mexican seasoning and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and cooked through.
3. Combine avocado, tomato, red onion and coriander in a bowl.
4. Layer crispy potatoes, chicken and salsa.
5. Finish with a dollop of sour cream and extra coriander.
Fresh. Crispy. Delicious. 🤤
