From a tiny village in Greece called Petrana to the heart of Souvlaki GR in Australia 🇬🇷🇦🇺
Lina’s journey with us is nothing short of incredible. She arrived here 10 years ago and, through pure grit, loyalty and leadership, worked her way up to become our General Manager.
She is the backbone of this business, the calm in the chaos, and truly Sam’s right-hand woman.
We simply would not be where we are today without her.
