This beautiful dish is certainly a favourite of many of our guests, this is the Gratinated Lace Crepe!
Filled with sautéed tiger prawns, scallop, fish pieces, crab meat, baby clams, calamari, shrimps, tabasco, brandy, cream, Francis Albert sauce and topped with tasty cheese.
If you like seafood, and you haven't tried our crepe, you certainly should, and you'll understand why it's a favourite for so many people!

This is the latest of our Crispy Skin Barramundi specials!
Crispy Skin Barramundi, served with a prawn and scallop mousse raviolo, some sauteed rainbow chard, and a saffron and garlic custard, finished off with lobster oil, flowers and tendrils
With the weather slowly starting to warm up again, it's always a good day for barramundi!

We have another incredible cake that came out of our kitchen for lunch today, for a family celebrating a 60th birthday! Combining orange and chocolate for a beautiful Jaffa-like flavour!
This is an orange scented sponge cake, layered with orange Toblerone chocolate mousse, and an aromatic bitters & Cointreau patissere, finished off with an orange chocolate mirror glaze.

This beautiful dish is our latest fish special, Coffee and Chocolate Nib Seared Tuna!
Served alongside a purple sweet potato, black grape and black olive ensalada, as well as a little bit of wasabi aioli, black vinegar caramel, green oil, flowers and tendrils.
When Andy first told us what he was planning for this special, we thought he was crazy, but after tasting it, all the flavours tie in so well together, its truly incredible!
