What people say

If you're a fan of sushi, then you know that there's nothing quite like the experience of dining at a great sushi restaurant. And if you're in Melbourne, then I Dream Of Sushi on Margaret Street is definitely one to check out. This authentic sushi restaurant offers some of the best sushi in town, and their catering services make it easy to enjoy their delicious food no matter where you are.

One thing that sets I Dream Of Sushi apart from other sushi restaurants is their commitment to using high-quality ingredients. From the freshest fish to the perfect rice, every element of their sushi is carefully crafted to ensure maximum flavor and texture. And with a wide variety of rolls and nigiri available, there's something for everyone on the menu.

But it's not just the food that makes I Dream Of Sushi so special - it's also their dedication to sustainability. They've recently made changes to eliminate single-use packaging for soy sauce, ginger, and wasabi, which is a huge step towards reducing waste and protecting our planet. It's clear that this restaurant cares about more than just making great food - they're also committed to making a positive impact on the world around them.

Overall, I highly recommend checking out I Dream Of Sushi if you're looking for an authentic and sustainable sushi experience in Melbourne. Whether you dine in or take advantage of their catering services, you won't be disappointed by the delicious food and thoughtful approach to sustainability.
