Every Winter Solstice I share with you a beautiful frozen field of flowers as we mark the shortest day of the year. But this year it's a little bit different now that we only harvest for dried flowers in the peak season and let the land rest through the wintering season.
This is a time to reflect, build and plan for the next exciting leap that Petite Ingredient is about to take as we introduce many new and delicious ingredients to our range. We are so excited to show you.
