Psychedelic Red and Green Coconut Candy Squares!
This treat made with coconut, sugar and condensed milk is a favorite back home in small portions due to the sweetness it contains. Though not expecting the vibrancy of colors to come through in the pictures here, these little morsels are soft and full of coconut flavor.
Made this batch for my sister's friends house warming pot luck.
