2 Jobs. 1 Day. 180 Bellies Full. 🔥
Last week served 180 hungry people across 2 jobs, delivering nothing but authentic charcoal-cooked flavour from Dalmatian Spit & Grill Trailer Hire.
The aroma from Laverton all the way to Footscray was unbelievable. The trailer was on fire, the charcoal was glowing, and the food truly spoke for itself.
After a long day, the Dalmatian Spit & Grill team finished with a well-earned high five. No job is too big, no job is too hard. We take pride in serving quality food, delivering exceptional service, and making every event one to remember.
A huge thank you to everyone who trusted us with their catering. We appreciate your support and can’t wait to do it all again.

🙏🇭🇷 Today was all about giving back to our community and supporting our local church.
Over 80 volunteers came together at the Croatian Catholic Centre Sunshine Working Bee, helping lay approximately 4,000m² of turf.
A huge thank you to Don Tomo, Don Mario and the committee for organising the day and providing an amazing lunch for all volunteers.
🔥 The trailer was firing on charcoal only all day:
• 2 Lambs on the Spit
• 2 Pigs on the Spit
• Traditional roast potatoes ispod peke
Volunteers also enjoyed burek from European Bakery, platters of prosciutto, salami, kobasice, cheese and fresh crusty rolls.
Thank you to everyone who gave their time, including the Dinamo Blue Crew, Hrvatska Zora and all those who lent a hand.
Community, faith, friendship and plenty of authentic charcoal-cooked food. ❤️🤍💙.

🔥 The aromas coming from Fox Street, St Albans were a little different today.
For the Dinamo 🇭🇷 vs Altona Magic 🇲🇰 clash, we brought something different to the trailer – a traditional Croatian Peka feast, cooked the only way we know how… over charcoal. 🇭🇷🔥
Slow-cooked lamb, pork, chicken and beef, served with traditional Croatian roast potatoes, filled the air with authentic Croatian flavours and drew plenty of attention throughout the day.
🌶️ And of course, we couldn’t forget the piperki!
A great day of football, great company and another reminder that charcoal cooking isn’t just for the spit.

18th Birthday Mega Feast 🎉
When Cliff Borg and family wanted only the best food for their son Tristian’s 18th, they chose Dinamo and Dalmatian Spit & Grill.
The hardworking ladies behind the scenes at Dinamo teamed up with Dalmatian Spit & Grill to serve an incredible feast — ćevapi, ražnjići, chicken schnitzel, roast potatoes, salt & pepper squid, kupus salata, green salad, fresh hot chips, plus charcoal-cooked chicken and lamb giros with crisp lettuce, tomatoes, onions and garlic sauce.
A feast for young and old to enjoy — amazing variety, food fit for royalty.
