Fatto is on holidays.
In response to the unprecedented circumstances and with all Arts Centre Melbourne buildings now closed, we’re taking a short break.
We look forward to seeing you for more pasta, pizza and spritz very soon.
In the meantime, if you’re looking for an alternative escape Pontoon St Kilda & Stokehouse Restaurants are open.

Long weekends at Fatto are filled with bowls of handmade pasta, freshly baked pizza and signature Italian cocktails.
Join us for a spritz, a snack in Fatto Bar or an indulgent feasting menu in the Fatto Cantina.
Saturday & Sunday we are open as normal, however public holiday hours apply on Monday the 9th of March - the Fatto Bar will be open from 4pm, however the Cantina will be closed all day.

Head Chef James Kummrow has remastered our $15 pronto pasta lunch with a Sicilian twist.
Take a seat in the Fatto Cantina from 12pm to 2pm weekdays throughout March and enjoy ‘pasta all norma’ – spaghettini, Ramarro farm fairytale eggplant, tomato, chilli, garlic, basil, ricotta salata.
This simple dish originated in the Sicilian city of Catania and pays homage to traditional Italian cooking; join us for lunch and try it for yourself for only $15.

Fatto is excited to be partnering with the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival in 2020 to bring the beach to the city for one night only. Join us on the 19th of March as our brother venue Pontoon St Kilda injects some sun, salt and sand into our riverside Italian hangout. Fatto will be transformed into the relaxed beach side club that Pontoon is famous for, with the party vibe pumping long into the night.
