The sun may be out, but we’ve had to close today due to an unexpected family commitment, which has also left us with a staffing issue.

It was definitely a popular one today!
Good news — it’ll be back again tomorrow, alongside our classic scones… PLUS we’ve got another surprise flavour coming out too.
I’ll give you one hint… 🍋👀
Our specialty scones will be available from 11am tomorrow — just in time for lunch or an afternoon stop at COG Bikes & Brew ☕️

Looks like the rain is setting in today, so we’ve made the decision not to open COG Bikes & Brew in Warburton today.
🚲 Need something bike-related? You’ll find us at our Monbulk shop, open 10–5pm.
🫓 And Danielle? She’ll be somewhere in the background planning NEXT WEEKEND’S SCONE WEEKEND… 😂

🍓☕ THE GREAT COG SCONE WEEKEND IS BACK! ☕🍓
Today’s gloomy weather had me wondering if anyone would venture out to Warburton… but I’m glad I still got baking and made sure there were plenty of fresh scones ready!
Especially when we had people tell us they’d travelled from across Melbourne just to come and have our scones! 😍
So it got me thinking… we need to do our Scone Day again!
Except this time, we’re making a whole weekend of it!

Worth the wait... ❤️
Yesterday we couldn't bake our scones fast enough and ended up completely selling out!
🥳 The good news? A fresh batch has just come out of the oven.
Served warm with jam and cream, they're the perfect excuse to stop in for a coffee and take in the view.
A huge thank you to everyone who visited us over the weekend. We'll definitely be baking more next weekend to try and keep up with demand!
P.S. Our housemade sausage rolls will also be making their return next weekend... and if yesterday was anything to go by, you might not want to leave it too late! ☕🥧🚲

☕ COG Bikes & Brew will be CLOSED tomorrow (Monday 27th July).
Danielle has snuck off for a much-needed couple of days away... and yes, she couldn't resist taking two of our hire bikes with her. 🚴🚴
She insists it's all in the name of quality control... "Just making sure they're safe enough to sell!" 😉🌅
We'll be back open Friday, refreshed and ready to serve up your favourite coffee, housemade scones, muffins, toasties and, of course, plenty of smiles.

1. From Melbourne, take the Eastern Freeway (M3) and continue onto Maroondah Highway (B300) towards Lilydale.
2. Follow Maroondah Highway until you reach the turnoff for Warburton (B380).
3. Continue on B380 until you reach Warburton and follow signs for Station Road.
4. There is parking available along Station Road and nearby streets.
