Another great event by Donna Legg 💜
Our Artist in Residence, Donna Legg, has invited acclaimed artist It Hao Pheh to host a watercolour workshop at Mont De Lancey, as part of her vision to bring more artists, creativity and opportunities into the gallery at MDL.
It Hao Pheh has 35 years of experience, over 20 solo exhibitions, and numerous awards across Australia and overseas, He is known for his expressive, impressionist-style landscapes, seascapes and architectural works. He is also actively involved in local art societies and has a genuine passion for sharing his knowledge with others.
This workshop offers a great opportunity for participants to come together, explore his watercolour style and learn in a relaxed setting. In a warm and encouraging environment, It Hao will share his techniques and approach, helping build confidence and enjoyment in painting.
$120 per person

If you're travelling by public transport, you can take the train to Lilydale station and then transfer to bus 683 which will take you to Wellington Road in Wandin North. Alternatively, take the train to Mooroolbark station and transfer to bus 663 which also stops at Wellington Road.
If you prefer driving, get onto Maroondah Hwy/State Route 34 heading east from Melbourne CBD. Follow the signs to Lilydale/Healesville until you reach Seville Rd in Wandin East. Turn left onto Seville Rd and continue straight onto Wellington Rd. Look for available parking spots along the road.

One of the best things about Two Peas in their Pod is that it is located on the premises of Mont De Lancey Historic Homestead.
