Escargot Bakery is a charming French-style bakery and cafe located on Martin Street. Open from 7am until sold out daily except for weekends (8am). Preorders available online for pick up only during the Easter weekend. Don't miss their grand opening next Thursday!

Coffee and chocolate tart, for Father's Day.

Crunchy almond praliné, coffee caramel, dark chocolate ganache with sea salt, then a whipped mocha ganache. Finished with a drizzle of coffee caramel and roasted almonds.

Sending off one of our favourites with her favourite, a giant Vegemite épi for her last day before she heads off on her travels.

Who would have thought the Vegemite Épi would become one of our best sellers?

It's simply our sourdough baguette mixed with aged cheddar and filled with a generous line of Vegemite. Baked multiple times a day, so it's always fresh!

To get to the Martin Street area in Melbourne, you can take the train and get off at Gardenvale Station. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk to your destination. Alternatively, you can take the bus and get off at Martin Street/Bay Street stop, which is also just a short walk away.

If you prefer driving, you can take Nepean Highway and turn onto Martin Street. There is limited street parking available in the area or you can park in nearby parking lots for a fee.
