If self care had a reservation, it’d be at Bottarga.
Wagyu, something green to keep things respectable, the right bottle of wine and our mac and cheese somewhere in the middle of it all.
We’d say it’s balance.
Book the table. Consider yourself looked after.

A toast for being exactly where you're supposed to be. The rest of the night takes care of itself from here.
And somewhere between the first sip and the last plate, this stops feeling like a restaurant and starts feeling like home.

A night at Bottarga looks a little like this.
Every detail considered, every plate placed with purpose, every glass poured at just the right moment.
Elegant, intimate but never too serious.
Book the table. The rest of the evening tends to take care of itself.

Not every visit needs to be the full degustation.
The Bottarga Experience comes in three courses or four, same kitchen, same care, just a different length of evening.
Choose based on how long you want the night to last.

We started on Martin Street with fewer than twenty seats and a kitchen you could reach out and touch. Just Federico and Somi, building something from nothing.
Bay Street is the next chapter, a little more space to grow into, but the same soul we started with: intimate, warm, quietly refined.
Some things change. What Bottarga feels like isn't one of them.
