What people say
Rufio is a must-visit restaurant and bar located on Carlisle Street in St Kilda, Melbourne. This Latin fusion eatery offers an extensive margarita menu that will leave you wanting more. From the traditional Classic to the exotic Hibiscus Margarita, every drop is a delight. Rufio is also perfect for vegan diners with their Chargrilled Arepas being a delightful bite for plant-based nights.
Their Slow-Cooked Chargrilled Octopus with Black Bean, Confit Tomato, Tapenade And Potato Terrine is seafood so good it'll make you ink! Rufio's Frozen Margarita is a mouth-watering blend of Tromba Blanco, Aubrey Triple Sec, with a dash of lime and salt rim. The Fire to Plate event at Rufio is not to be missed as they stoke the flames for some Rufio magic straight from the grill!
Overall, Rufio serves all the flavor with none of the gluten and provides an excellent dining experience that will keep you coming back for more.
