A fresh look for the coffee you know and love! ☕️☕️

Introducing the next chapter of Padre… We’ve refreshed our identity to make it clearer, more distinctive and easier to navigate our blends, while staying true to what matters most: great coffee, good people and the same genuine connection with you - our community.

Inside the bag, nothing changes. It’s still the same carefully sourced, expertly roasted coffee you’ve always trusted.

Since 2017, this family-run café has been making beautiful European-style pastries from scratch each day, with a focus on quality, care and proper craftsmanship.

We’re very grateful to play a small part in their story, and proud to see Padre coffee served alongside so many buttery, golden, delicious creations.

If you haven’t hugged a croissant lately… you know where to go.

This month’s Staff Selection comes from James, who’s been eagerly awaiting the return of Winter Inferno.

“Each year, we release two blends tailored to the seasons: Summer Spritz and Winter Inferno. Winter Inferno is the one I look forward to all year.

Blending allows for so much creativity, and the roasting team has done another standout job creating a coffee that’s greater than the sum of its parts. Delicate spice, toffee apple and juicy orange acidity come together with a syrupy, treacle-like mouthfeel. Seriously good drinking!

As an omniroast, it’s been great to explore across both espresso and filter. It has great bones as an espresso and makes a hell of a latte. As a pourover, the spice becomes more lifted and helps round out the body.

It’s a robust and versatile coffee with plenty of expression, however you like to brew.”
