Welcome the warmer weather with Oyster Week at Beverly, our inaugural showcase of the culinary treasures of the sea.
Locally sourced by Head Chef, David Ball and shucked to order, guests will enjoy a different oyster variety each day, accompanied by additions that elevate their unique flavour profiles.
Curated by General Manager, Chris Dobson, beverage pairings will include Muscadet, a classic match for oysters.
