Warm up 24 levels above Melbourne city this winter.

Chef Miguel Guerrero, the founder of pop-up collective ODA, who over his 15-year career has worked in the kitchens of D.O.M in Brazil, to Pujol in Mexico City, will be taking over the Beverly kitchen for one night only on Monday, July 13.

Leaning on his vast experience coupled with dedication to showcasing Mexican cuisine is about much more than Tex-Mex leaning interpretations, Miguel has developed a five-course $85pp menu that celebrates regional cuisine and authentic techniques.

Sweet and savoury add-ons will be also be available, and Bar Manager, Rico Deang is in the process of curating one-time beverage selections to match.

The experience begins with seasonal entrees before moving onto shared mains of lobster & wild caught prawn casarecce pasta alongside woodfired dry-aged Collinson & Co New York Strip steaks, which are accompanied by produce-led sides for the table. This is the premise behind culinary poster shop Food For Everyone, which, as of last July, had donated over $186,000 to its charity partner, SecondBite.
