There is a quiet elegance in a vintage left undisturbed.
Traditionally, these bottles would remain unopened until the perfect occasion called for sharing the entire vintage at once. Through the precision of the Coravin system, we’re able to honour that philosophy while offering our most storied labels by the glass.
Using a fine needle and argon gas, Coravin draws the wine through the cork without ever fully opening the bottle, protecting it from oxidation and preserving the integrity of every pour. This allows us to serve rare and remarkable wines exactly as intended–vibrant, nuanced, and untouched by time between glasses.

Omnia x Porcine
An incredible evening as part of Festival.
We were thrilled to have and his team from join forces with our own Culinary Director and the Omnia team for a night of lively, rustic, indulgent dining.
The evening unfolded across 6 courses showcasing a blend of Omnia and Porcine classics from the Omnia Smoked Trout Cigar and Dry-Aged Honey Roasted Duck to the Porcine Pâte en Croûte Gourmand and Vol au Vent Fruit de Mer.
