This isn’t the tourist-trap version loaded with candied cherries and false promises. This is the real thing; ricotta whipped silk-smooth, orange zest for brightness, and a crunch of Sicilian pistachio on top.

Spaghetti alle vongole landed on the specials menu 🐚🍅
Fresh clams, sweet cherry tomatoes, garlic, chilli and a splash of white wine, tossed through al dente spaghetti and finished with parsley and good olive oil. Simple, coastal, ridiculously good.
