Tradeblock Deaf Cafe at VCD Tradeblock Deaf Cafe at VCD is a coffee shop and restaurant located in St Kilda Road. Operating from Tuesday to Friday from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm, they offer a variety of light breakfasts, lunch, morning and afternoon tea, as well as awesome coffee. Most of their produce is made on-site and they can also cater for small events where food can be collected until 4 pm on the day of the event. Tradeblock is also a training cafe for VCD students from years 11 and 12.
