Lighten Up (originally Mokalux) was created back in 1954 and has truly stood the test of time.
That’s Rich (originally Roast 54) was a blend created to commemorate our 50th anniversary and after popular demand we decided to add it to our core range.
We have decided to focus on the blends that are best suited in today’s market yet stand true to our Italian heritage.
Smooth As (originally Pasquale), The Kicker (originally Allegria) and Pretty Dark (originally Profondo) now make up your original and continued core blends.

Thank you Dominic Pellegrino for the beautiful history collated in your latest book. We are beyond honoured to be mentioned as an iconic part of Melbourne’s rich coffee history.
Dominic was the director of Mocopan Coffee between 1982-1995 and worked closely with our Head Roaster, Peter Stathos (pictured together) to document Mocopan’s 70+ year history in Melbourne.
From such humble beginnings to now being one of Australia’s largest roasters. What a story it is.
