We are searching for an experienced and energetic Barista/floor person to join our team.

The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is passionate and knowledgeable about coffee, enjoys working with people & in a team and driven to provide excellent customer service. You’ll have the opportunity to be part of a fun atmosphere where both customers and employees have a great experience that’s welcoming and engaging.

The role is also a mix between barista and floor, so the person must be experienced in both areas. It will be predominately on the machine but will need to be able to do shifts on the floor when needed.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate chef de partie to join the team to deliver work as a part of our strong and small kitchen team. You will assist in the daily operation of the kitchen as well as assisting with ordering, and will work independently without supervision.
To be a candidate for this role, you should show the following traits.

• Minimum 2 years-experience as breakfast chef
• Must be able to work well in a team
• Excellent communication
• Eye for detail and presentation and consistency
• A positive attitude and initiative

o You will enjoy a regular routine of set shifts
o Great working environment, working with a close knit team
o Early start, early finish (operating hours are 7:30m-3:30pm 7 days per week)
o This is a part-time contract position of 30 hours p/w
o Full awards rates and penalties apply
