I tell myself that I should be uploading more of my cooking pics….but you know how it is…..when you cook for your loved ones, you want to make sure everything is perfect & forget about taking pics 🤷‍♀️
I personally cook without tasting, not even for salt!! My kids & hubby help me with that but rather willingly ☺️

Ma ♥️ says cooking is a journey…. there’s so much to learn & mess up & keep messing up…. My journey started 25 years ago & it feels like it’s just begun 💚. Tried to do something out of whack like this oven baked eggplant (home grown). Family verdict 😋

Typical South Indian style Eggplant sautéed with onions, curry leaves, ginger, garlic & some magical spices 💚 AND Chinese style Broccoli stir fried with mushrooms with no spices at all! Both dishes prepared in their own unique way, both equally family favourites 💚
