365 days at Westerly!
Thank you to everyone who has walked through our door and made Westerly part of their routine. Over the past year, we’ve shared countless chats, watched puppies grow into dogs, and happily made fools of ourselves trying to get a smile out of every baby that has come through.
It’s a privilege to spend our days as part of this community, and we’re incredibly grateful to be here.

We’re a small but growing, community-focused cafe built around regulars, relationships and consistency. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys customer service, takes pride in their work, and could be interested in growing with us long term.
The role:
• Casual 20-30 hours per week
• Strong barista experience required
• Light food prep
• Occasional solo opens/closes
• Confidence working independently during busy periods
This position suits someone looking for consistent hours and stability rather than short-term or seasonal work.
Ideal for uni students, locals, or someone with reliable transport (approx. 16-minute walk from Yarraville station).
