That’s how evenings at Bouzy are meant to go.

17 years of Régis was never going to be enough. ❤️
For 17 years, Régis has been part of the Bouzy Rouge story. And after that long, it’s hard to imagine this place without him.
His energy. His warmth. That smiling face. The way he could make people feel at home the moment they walked through the door. Régis brought so much of himself to Bouzy Rouge, and we know we’re not the only ones who are going to miss seeing him here.
Seventeen years brings a lot of memories. A lot of services, celebrations, late nights, familiar faces and friendships that have grown well beyond these four walls.
So yes, we’re incredibly sad to see him go.
But we’re also so happy for Régis as he heads off on his next adventure, and so grateful that we got to have him as part of ours for so long.
Thank you for everything, Régis. For the laughs, the energy, the loyalty, the warmth and 17 wonderful years of being part of the Bouzy Rouge family.
We are going to miss you more than you know. ❤️

Courtyard weather is getting closer, and we’re more than ready for it. ☀️🍷
There’s something about spring at Bouzy Rouge. The doors open, the courtyard comes alive and long lunches have a habit of turning into afternoon drinks… and then dinner.
Good food on the table, a bottle open and nowhere else you need to be.

A little taste of Portugal, right here in Richmond. 🇵🇹
Our Pulpo a la Gallega brings char-grilled Portuguese octopus together with potatoes, romesco, red peppers, pimiento and aioli.
Smoky from the grill, full of flavour and exactly the kind of plate that calls for a good glass of w**e alongside it. 🍷
